Alaska Tough
Custom-built 27-foot ocean-going aluminum boat crafted by father and son aluminum fabricators, Allen & Eric Engebretsen, in Homer, AK. It was brand new in 2010.
My Dream Boat
I spent years thinking about the perfect boat for Alaska waters and you'll see that I paid attention to the small details when planning this boat with our builder. From the roomy back deck, to the walk-out drop-down bow, I bet you'll think this boat is just...Skookum!You'll appreciate the covered, warm, comfortable cabin when we head out into Cook Inlet's often wet and chilly days on the water. Plenty of freeboard, and ringed with safety railing, you and your family will feel safe and stable on the ocean.
Skookum's cabin has great window views so you can enjoy the beauty of Kachemak Bay's fjords, islands and inlets as we travel to the fishing grounds or explore the area where sea mammals, including orcas and humpback whales, come to feed.
