Maximum of 6 passengers. for tours, max. 4 on fishing charters.
Safety First
As a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain I will follow the safety procedures required by the Coast Guard. As a longtime skipper you can be assured that your safety, and your family's safety, always comes first.
No Alcohol & Zero Tolerance
I champion sobriety and support clientele who want a sober outdoor experience. Therefore, I do not allow alcohol onboard Skookum. As required by the Coast Guard there is a zero tolerance policy for illegal drugs aboard the boat.
Payment
Payment for licenses or charters is by cash only, or PayPal, or you may mail a check if your tour is a month or more in the future. I require a 50% deposit when you schedule. I prefer that the balance of your fee is paid in cash please. However, I accept credit cards (swiped only) using the Square iPhone app. I add 2.75% when your card is swiped. There is also 7.5% sales tax applied to your total when you make payments.

Cancellations
If you cancel 14 days or more before your charter, your deposit is completely refundable. If I have to cancel because of weather or another cause that keeps us in port, your deposit is refundable.
Accessability
Skookum is handicap accessible with provision made for wheelchair tiedowns.

COMBO FISHING (rockfish & salmon)
Partial Day / 6 hours / $225 per person (minimum of 3 anglers)
Full Day / 8 hours / $270 per person (minimum of 2 anglers)
 
"WINTER KING" Fishing
Full Day only / 6-8 hours depending on sunlight / I troll with 2 downriggers only, so anglers take turns.

"FEAST FROM THE SEA" Tour
Cost for the 6-hour tour (1 hour travel, 2.5 hours fishing/touring, 2.5 hours on shore) is $299 per person. Maximum of 6 passengers.
 
"PHOTO SAFARI"
$550 for the boat (2-6 passengers), 5 hours. A retired newspaper photographer, I have taught photography at the college level, and I'm excited to take you out for scenic and wildlife expeditions as your "photo coach"!
 
FISHING LICENSES
I am an Alaska Fishing License Vendor and can sell you a license on the boat. Cost for a Non-Resident, 1-day license is $20 per person. When fishing for chinook salmon, a King Stamp is an additional $10 per day. Children under the age of 16 are not required to buy a license.
 
INCLUDED
On FISHING CHARTERS, I supply all rods, reels, tackle, and bait. Also supplied are light snacks and water. You should bring your lunch and drinks (not on the "Feast From The Sea" Tour), and remember rain jackets. I have a limited supply of boots onboard. Also included is filleting of your catch on salmon and rockfish combos.
